No Refunds on Personalized items unless it is our error. (If this happens, please email us and we will redo your item and ship them to you at our cost, and priority mail them to you if we are getting close to your event, otherwise they will go out first class.)

Note~ We keep a sample so we may see our error and correct it for you.

We ship Monday - Saturday priority mail.
