Q- What are your phone hours?
A- We are available Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. ~ 4:30 p.m. PST We are closed weekends and all major holidays.
Q- Can I order a sample?
A- Yes you can, however we charge 5.00 for a sample. If it is just a sample to view online, and you place an order, we will apply the 5.00 charge towards your order. If you would like it to be shipped you will have to pay 5.00 plus shipping as well.
Q- What is your turn around time?
A- We provide you with an email proof within 48 hours. The email will be provided to you by

Q- What carrier do you use to ship orders?
A- We use United States Postal Service Priority Mail.
Q- Do you ship internationally?
A- Yes we do, however we Only use USPS first class mail. Most shipments arrive within 5 to 9 business days. For Canada orders, please note that we can not control customs so it may take longer to get to you. In this case, please order well in advance.
Q- How long from the time I order will it take to get my order.
A- The first step is the proof, which is 48 hours excluding weekends and holidays. Then once you approve the proof we will ship out 1 to 2 days after. They then take 2 to 3 days to get to you. (Please keep keep in mind that this does not include, wedding or die cut invitations.
Q- I saw an invitation on your website, however I would like items to match such as a candy bar wrapper, or thank you card but did not see the item on your website. Can you make it match?
A- Yes. We can make items match your invitation.
Q- Can you make an invite that I saw on a different website.
A- We are not able to copy another’s invitation. We can do a custom invite with your theme, just not like any other invitations on other companies website. We do charge a 5.00 custom fee.
Q- I ordered an invitation (product) and it requires a photo. How do I get you my photo.
A- Please email the photo in a jpg to keepsakeimprints@hotmail.com
Q- What weight of paper do you print on?
A- We print on 80lb coverstock. The die cut invitations or our wedding invitations do have the weight of paper on the description what weight the paper is.
Q- Do envelopes come with the order.
A- Yes, all invitations come with the same amount as envelopes.
Q- Do you have a minim order requirement?
A- Yes we do. If it is not indicated in the description the order qty is 10. Then there after you can order as many as you need, ect… 11, 19, 27, ect.

$15.01-$25.00=$6.65
$25.01-$50.00=$8.35
$50.01-$75.00=9.25
$75.01-$100.00=10.50
$100.01-and up $12.95
